Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College (JGEC) is one of the premier engineering institutes of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. It was established in 1961 and it is one of the oldest engineering colleges in West Bengal, affiliated to MAKAUT, and the courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
