Type of Questions
(A) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ):
- Each question will carry one or two marks
- Each question will have the choice of four answers, but out of which, ONLY-ONE choice is correct.
- Negative Marking for Wrong Answers:
- For 1 mark questions, 1-mark will be deducted for 3 wrong answers (1/3 mark)
- For 2-mark questions, 2-marks will be deducted for 3 wrong answers (2/3 mark)
(B) Multiple Select Questions (MSQ)
- Each question will carry one or two marks
- Each question will have the choice of four answers, but out of which ONE or MORE than ONE choice(s) is/are correct.
- Negative Marking for Wrong Answers: No Negative Marking
(C) Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions
- Each question will carry one or two marks
- No choices will be given for these type of questions
- Candidates have to enter the answer by using a virtual numeric keypad on the monitor
- Negative Marking for Wrong Answers: No Negative Marking
